We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Chief Commercial Officer talent to take responsibility for our commercial operations in a fast-moving international business. You will be integral in taking Cuckoo to the next level.
Cuckoo is building a cutting-edge data platform and a cross-platform application for wellbeing. We have turned workday wellness into an engaging game, which uses superior quality video content, data, algorithms, and science-backed insights to guide Cuckooers towards healthier habits and wellness.
Hundreds of companies all over the world keep their employees healthy with Cuckoo. Every day, we inspire thousands of people to take intelligent breaks, move, and develop smarter routines through our app.
We have been steadily growing organically over close to a decade, and our business is founded on a solid base of recurring revenues and happy customers.
We are looking to hire a Chief Commercial Officer to further accelerate our business. We are looking for a driven, social, energetic and highly motivated talent with a passion to lead. We are looking for a leader who can empower, collaborate, and build. Someone who can help us shape the experience of thousands of Cuckooers.
Ideally you have several years of experience and a proven track record on building up sales/new business from a fast growing technology company. You must have hands-on experience from sales and business development, preferably from building new business and scaling internationally. Being able to define long-term commercial strategies before execution is important. Experience in leading teams is considered an advantage.
Your days will be filled with sales, growth and automation. As this is a startup, let’s face it, there will be times when you will get to work with things outside of your area. - Proven track record and understanding the mechanisms of maximizing growth and ROI
- Experience from building international growth
- Experience working with marketing and growth strategy implementation
- Ability to generate new partnerships and connections while increasing global awareness of Cuckoo
- Passion and creativity to further commercialize our services
- Top-notch presentation skills and the courage to jump into fun and different situations
- Interest towards the growing field of work wellbeing
- Education that supports the role, e.g. major in Business or Law
- Fluent English
