We are looking for an ambitious and positive-minded Account Manager who continuously wants to drive growth and help customers in developing employee wellbeing.

Cuckoo is a wellness tech company helping organizations improve wellbeing, happiness and productivity of their employees. Cuckoo’s gamified wellbeing app brings colleagues together wherever they are working, adds physical and mental wellbeing to employees’ days and gives insight data on the wellbeing of your work community. Cuckoo breaks only take a few minutes, but they increase an organization’s productivity remarkably.

If you are the team member we are looking for, you have a background doing successful B2B sales, ideally in SaaS business in a startup environment. The whole sales process from prospecting, booking meetings and meeting potential customers to contract negotiations is familiar to you. You have a positive can-do attitude and you want to give new perspectives and insight to add value to our potential customer’s wellbeing strategy. What comes to working habits, you have an active goal-oriented and systematic approach for following the sales process and e.g. utilizing and maintaining data in CRM (Pipedrive).

Your days will be filled with customer interaction in virtual and face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails and social media. As this is a startup, let’s face it, there will be times when you will get to work with things outside of your area like doing break exercise in a live event. Position: Full Time

Starting date: Negotiable

Work hours: 37,5h/w

Compensation: Negotiable, consists of base salary and sales commissions

Location: Remote with possibility to come to Helsinki office regularly

We expect from you:

  • 2-5 years experience of doing successful B2B sales. Special advantages are if you have experience of selling SaaS services, working in a startup environment and selling to C-level and HR professionals.
  • You manage the whole sales process from prospecting, booking meetings and meeting potential customers to contract negotiations.
  • Passion to understand our customers’ needs and you find expectations for growth
  • Positive mindset, courage and willing to work hard
  • Goal-orientation, reliability and systematic approach
  • Good presentation skills and courage to jump into fun, surprising and different situations
  • Growing field of work wellbeing is close to your heart
  • Education that supports the role, e.g. B.A. in Business
  • Fluent Finnish and English (Swedish is an advantage)
